Cityline Networks Pvt. Ltd. (“Cityline”) Terms of Service

1. Home Broadband

Key Terms

  1. All payments must be made in advance and only via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque, or DD drawn in favour of Cityline Networks Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Cash and personal UPI payments are strictly forbidden.
  3. Any plan or OTT bundle, once activated, cannot be changed. To change, full charges for the new plan or OTT bundle will be payable.
  4. Landline calling instrument is not provided by Cityline. A basic landline instrument with display can be purchased separately for ₹1000 + GST.
  5. If the customer shifts to a new location, Cityline will install its services at the new location, if feasible, upon receiving the applicable one-time shifting charges in advance.

2. Corporate Broadband

Key Terms

  1. All payments must be made in advance and only via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque, or DD drawn in favour of Cityline Networks Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Cash and personal UPI payments are strictly forbidden.
  3. The billing cycle once chosen cannot be downgraded until the end of the chosen cycle.
  4. Any plan revision will impact the benefits applied to both the original and revised plans.
  5. All plans are prepaid and must be paid in advance before the commencement of each billing cycle.
  6. The customer must share the GST Certificate before invoice generation; otherwise, the customer will not be able to claim GST Input Credit.
  7. Plan charges or one-time installation charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  8. If the customer shifts to a new location, Cityline will install its services at the new location, if feasible, upon receiving the applicable one-time shifting charges in advance.
  9. Cityline reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if any charges are not paid by the invoice due date.

3. Intercom Services

Key Terms

  1. All payments must be made in advance and only via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque, or DD drawn in favour of Cityline Networks Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Cash and personal UPI payments are strictly forbidden.
  3. Landline calling instrument is not provided by Cityline. A basic landline instrument with display can be purchased separately for ₹1000 + GST.
  4. Refundable security deposit, if any, will be refunded within 2 weeks of receiving Cityline’s equipment/devices in working condition from the customer.

4. OTT Subscription

  1. Subscription Period The OTT subscription period will be the same as the bundled Cityline broadband plan validity period. The expiry date of OTT subscription plans may differ for various OTT subscriptions offered.
  2. Content Responsibility Cityline will not be responsible for any content or streaming-related issues on any of the OTT platforms offered as part of the subscription plan. No refund will be considered if the customer is unsatisfied with the OTT service.
  3. Right to Modify or Cancel Cityline reserves the right to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue the free OTT subscription offer at any time during its validity, as required by business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT), and/or other applicable statutory changes, without any notice. Customers are advised to check the website regularly for updates or amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Access and Availability Cityline will not be responsible for OTT content access and availability. Cityline will not be liable if the OTT content access is not configured or cannot be availed due to malfunction, delay, network congestion, or hardware failure. For issues related to claims, damages, or losses concerning the quality or functionality of the OTT subscription platform and/or content access, customers should contact the respective OTT platform’s customer care.
  5. Forfeiture of Unutilized Subscription An unutilized free OTT subscription will be forfeited at the end of the Cityline broadband plan validity expiry.
  6. Activation of OTT Subscriptions OTT subscriptions will only be activated for new subscriptions and at the time of renewals by existing Cityline subscribers on specific plans.
  7. Single User Activation OTT subscriptions will be activated once per user on the user’s mobile number registered with Cityline.
  8. Validity for Multi-Month Plans The OTT subscription offer is valid for Cityline broadband multi-month plans only.
  9. Non-Transferable Offer The OTT subscription offer is non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or any other form will be allowed.
  10. Liability Cityline will not be held liable for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the content or for any loss or damage of any nature caused to the Cityline subscriber or any third party in connection with the subsistence of the OTT content.
  11. Geographical Restrictions The plan with OTT benefits may be restricted to particular cities and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without further notice from Cityline.
  12. Third-Party Sites and Platforms Links to third-party sites and OTT platforms are provided as a convenience to users. Cityline has no control over such sites and platforms i.e., content and resources provided by them. While Cityline allows user access to content, products, or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks, Cityline is not responsible or liable for such third-party sites or any content, products, or services made available on them. Users are advised to read the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies of such sites and platforms.
  13. Intellectual Property Rights Users agree and understand that the logos and services of the OTT platform, including any content therein, contain proprietary content, information, and material protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including copyright and trademark laws. Users will not violate or encourage others to violate any rights of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third party intellectual property rights, or engage in unauthorized use of any proprietary content, information, or materials.
  14. Trademark Protection All related icons and logos of the relevant OTT platforms are registered trademarks or trademarks or service marks of the respective third party. Cityline displays these logos and names to promote the OTT platforms and does not infringe on their intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, modification, use, or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited. Cityline reserves the right to remove the logo or name of the OTT platform from its website.
